Update and Press...

Due to the sudden avalanche of proposals and grant applications I have not been unable to keep the blog up to date. Hopefully now things have settled down I should get back on top of things. The final 'extended exhibition' proposal is currently awaiting acceptance for 'New Craft, Future Voices' International Conference in July. I have proposed the Long Exposure triptych (see photo). This, hopefully, will be the first time I have exhibited in Scotland since graduating from Grays School of Art in 1998.

Also 'Shine' will be featured in the 'Neo Craft' book that will be published to con inside with the Neocraft symposium in November. Many thanks to Tanya Harrod for this as the image will be part of her 'Otherwise Unobtainable' essay. Keeping that side of the Atlantic my portfolio has be reviewed by techno-guru Bruce Sterling for Wired Blog. Recently I have also been featured in several Russian blogs in connection with the article within Elle Decoration Russia.

I would like to thank De Monfort University for a warm reception when I lectured there last week.

I will be posting new developmental videos of a new 'echo' piece that has been proposed for the aforementioned New Craft Future Voices. This is in collaboration with the French company Vitrics.
